On Monday, 09/18/2023., after the evening prayer (maghrib), a Family night event was held in the full mosque. The special guests were Hafiz Dr. Mevludin Dizdarevic, the mufti of Zenica; Dr. Sabahudin Ćeman, the mufti of ICNAB, Mirnes ef. Lemes, the secretary of ICNAB. The guest speakers spoke very emotionally about the importance of the congregation, unity within the congregation, and specifically addressed the purchase of land for the New BECCA center in Lincolnwood, extending sincere congratulations. The program was further enhanced by members of the youth choir “Nur” reciting several Islamic songs and odes.
After the Isha prayer, a gathering with the guests was organized in the cafeteria with coffee, pastries, and fruit. We thank the guests, members of the congregation, and the youth who embellished the Family night with their presence, as well as all the women who prepared the refreshments.
